Online collaboration is possible throughout the Czech Republic. If daily personal presence with the collaborating team is required, I typically provide services in Prague and selected locations in the Central Bohemian, Hradec Králové, and Pardubice regions.

Yes, it's possible.

What is the difference between a Fractional CEO and an external consultant?

Simply put, a Consultant recommends. A Fractional CEO decides and is accountable for those decisions.

How many days a week do you actually spend at the company?

Generally, it's always subject to agreement with the company owner. It can be 2-3 days a week as a Fractional or a full month as an Interim.

How is the price set?

The monthly remuneration always depends on the scope of cooperation (number of days, breadth of agenda, and other requirements). Therefore, I propose a specific price only after an initial consultation and mapping out the needs.

How long does the collaboration usually last?

It depends on the agreement with the owner and the specific situation we are addressing together. Generally, however, for both Fractional CEO and Interim CEO collaborations, the length of cooperation is set individually according to the company's needs.

What if we need to start quickly?

If I have free capacity, we will start within 5 working days. However, let's assume that we need to have an agreed framework for cooperation and signed basic documents.
